This temporary role with the procurement team involves supporting the Oracle system implementation by managing data entry and administrative tasks. You will assist in cleansing procurement-related master data, such as suppliers' information, parts, pricing, and contracts, and gather new data as required.
Responsibilities

+ Enter procurement data, including suppliers’ information, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing, accurately into the Oracle system to support procurement needs.

+ Assist in cleansing and updating master data relevant to procurement processes, including supplier records, part numbers, and lead times.

+ Collect new data required for procurement and implementation tasks.

+ Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including organizing documents, maintaining supplier files, and scheduling meetings.
