Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Data Entry/ Customer Service Rep to support a company in Lake Forest, CA. This is an entry level position & starts immediately and pays $18.43/ hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Communication:
  • Communicate professionally with time-share owners and Board of Directors via email.
  • Exhibit excellent email etiquette and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.2Phone-based Customer Service:
  • Handle inbound phone calls from customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on time-share matters.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:
  • Input accurate and detailed information into the internal CRM database.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain organized records of conversations.
