Job Opening: Data Entry Helper (Accounts)
We are looking for a Data Entry Helper to assist in day-to-day accounting and office record work.
Job Responsibilities:
Data entry of purchase, sales, expenses, and stock records
Entering vouchers and basic entries in Excel / accounting software
Maintaining invoices, bills, and supporting documents
Assisting accountant with routine office and accounts work
Basic checking and organizing of records
Requirements:
Minimum basic knowledge of computers
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounts (purchase, sales, expenses) preferred Knowledge of MS Excel is compulsory
Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn
Prior experience in data entry or accounts will be an advantage (not compulsory)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mahuva / Bhavnagar (as applicable)
Salary: As per skills and experience
