Job Description
- Assist in maintaining price lists, customer information, contracts, and sales records.
- Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and prepare commercial documents for data entry and filing.
- Support the commercial team with daily administrative tasks.
- Generate simple reports or spreadsheets when required.
- Assist in data cleanup projects for commercial databases.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all commercial and business information.
Requirements
- fresh Graduates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good typing speed and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the commercial team.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
