Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining price lists, customer information, contracts, and sales records.
  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Sort, organize, and prepare commercial documents for data entry and filing.
  • Support the commercial team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Generate simple reports or spreadsheets when required.
  • Assist in data cleanup projects for commercial databases.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all commercial and business information.

Requirements

  • fresh Graduates.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good typing speed and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the commercial team.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
