Data Entry & Operations Specialist

We are a growing real estate insulation company seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Operations Specialist to support our daily operations and ensure the accuracy of our customer and building data. This role is critical to maintaining an up-to-date CRM system, processing utility and inspection data, and supporting our insulation installation workflow.
Responsibilities: CRM Data Management

Accurately enter and update customer, property, and project data into our Salesforce-based CRM.

Migrate and verify backlog and historical data to ensure no information is lost during CRM transitions.

Maintain data integrity and consistency across all records.

Utility & Third-Party Data Processing

Review and process information received from Con Edison and other utility or partner organizations.

Ensure all required documentation and data points are properly logged and categorized in the CRM.
