Responsibilities
·Data entry : Input data from paper documents and digital records into
systems and databases
·Data quality : Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and of high quality
·Data security : Maintain data confidentiality and follow data protection
regulations
·Data backups : Perform regular data backups to prevent loss
·Data reports : Generate data reports and summaries as required
·Data organization : Organize and file electronic and paper records
·Data retrieval : Retrieve data from databases or electronic filing systems
·Data analysis : Perform basic analytical functions like creating cross
tabs, column, or grouped reports
·Data troubleshooting : Identify and resolve data entry errors or system
malfunctions
·Data communication : Communicate with team members and clients to resolve data
discrepancies
Skills and qualifications
·Typing : Type quickly and accurately
·Computer literacy : Have basic computer skills, including knowledge of
database software, word processing, and spreadsheets
·Attention to detail : Be able to identify and correct errors in data
·Time management : Be able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
·Problem-solving : Be able to identify and resolve issues quickly
