Job Description
- Accurately input production data, inventory records, and other relevant information into the ERP/system.
- Update daily production output and ensure product flow is updated at each process stage.
- Maintain and update production control reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Update production flow based on daily production records and reports.
- Verify product quantities with QC-checked items, product sheets, and approved records.
- Support packing activities based on approved quantities and standard packing requirements.
- Organize and maintain production-related files and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments (CNC, Barrel, Tooling, Press, QC, Packing, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant management.
- Track production progress and highlight any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
