Data Entry Specialist (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Parma, OH

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist to perform high-speed manual data entry, document validation, and quality control for digital document conversion. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Candidates must provide a typing test and show relevant data entry or clerical experience on their resume. A typing test will also be administered.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-speed manual data entry (target: 15,000 keystrokes per hour)
Validate automatically classified digital documents
Review and correct extracted data with low confidence levels
Validate automated redactions and make corrections as needed
Manually enter metadata index information
Perform quality control checks comparing hardcopy documents to digital images
Validate check data including payee, signature, dates, and amounts
Reconcile check batch totals and distributions
Generate check return letters when required
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
Complete paperwork accurately and legibly
Follow established procedures and workflows
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Strong typing and keyboarding skills
Prior data entry, document processing, or clerical experience
Ability to meet high accuracy and productivity standards
Basic computer skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
