Job Description

Our client is undergoing a major transition of their Workforce Management system, migrating data from Legion to Harri. These platforms support scheduling processes across more than 100 restaurant locations, enabling managers to build weekly staff schedules and allowing team members to input availability and PTO.
Because this migration cannot be automated, the client is seeking Data Entry Specialists to assist in manually transferring workforce data into the new system. This role requires a high level of accuracy, focus, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manually enter and validate workforce data from Legion into Harri

+ Ensure accuracy and consistency across all employee records

+ Follow detailed data entry standards and quality assurance processes

+ Work closely with project leads and training staff

+ Handle sensitive employee information with care and confidentiality
