Job Description
Working Arrangement: 6 days work week
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of inbound and outbound orders into the warehouse management system (WMS).
Update inventory records, stock movement, GRN, picking and packing details.
Verify data against physical documents (DOs, invoices, manifests) to ensure accuracy.
Cross-check shipment information with warehouse operations team during night shift.
Generate daily/shift reports (inventory status, discrepancies, order completion).
Flag and investigate data discrepancies, missing documentation, or quantity mismatches.
Support cycle count and stock take by updating results into the system.
Prepare labels, documents, and shipment lists for next-day operations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and traceability.
Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and night-shift team.
