Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
  • Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
  • Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Data Entry role, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
