This is a critical role to oversee the delivery and ensure that change is effectively driven across the organisation for our Data and AI Governance Programmes. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of the second phase of the DG programme to drive engagement and adoption with colleagues across Aon and for delivering the AI Governance programme. This role requires hands on working with the delivery teams, understanding the detail of the work and turning this into clear plans and communications as well as the ability to work with programme leadership and create messaging and narratives that are easily digestible for senior colleagues.



Our office is located in Krakow and this role is open to both hybrid and remote working model.
