Job Description
Provide operational support to ensure the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of customer master data in SAP, based on requests (tickets) received from different countries. The role supports data quality, consistency, and compliance across entities, working closely with Finance, Operations, and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer master data in SAP based on tickets from country teams.
- Review data requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal master data standards.
- Validate customer information, such as: Legal name, Tax ID, Addresses, Billing and payment terms, Contact details.
- Follow standardized naming conventions and coding structures.
- Coordinate with country teams to clarify or correct missing or inconsistent data.
