Data Governance Engineer

Description

We are currently seeking a Data Governance Engineer to support our customer that is enhancing their Data Governance & Compliance team to build and mature the organization’s data governance framework. With a significant amount of enterprise data already in the cloud and little yet cataloged or classified, we are looking for a hands-on Data Governance Engineer to support the foundational work needed to operationalize Microsoft Purview across the enterprise.

This is a hands-on-keyboard, task-focused role ideal for someone early in their data governance career who is eager to learn and execute.

Top Skills' Details

• 2+ years of experience in data governance, data engineering, cybersecurity, or related technical discipline.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Unified Catalog

• Experience working with cloud-based data sources, preferably Azure.
