Role Overview:
The Data Governance Expert will design, implement, and operationalize data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models within commercial banks.
Key Responsibilities:
Define data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and roles
Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models
Support data governance councils and working groups
Align governance practices with regulatory and business requirements
Contribute to data catalog, metadata, and quality initiatives
Mandatory Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Data Governance roles
Valid governance‑related certifications (e.g., CDMP, DCAM)
Consulting experience with at least 2 commercial banks in Vietnam
Strong understanding of banking data domains and regulatory expectations
