Responsibilities:
  • Develop Data Governance roadmap to align with organizational strategy.
  • Closely work with data engineering and data consumption teams to design, implement, update, and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and communicate data governance gaps, mitigate threats, and realize benefits by implementing industry standards best practices of data governance in healthcare domain.
  • Work with various teams to remediate barriers to proper data governance design.
  • Facilitate data governance committee meetings.
  • Develop & Drive metadata management initiatives to improve data discoverability, lineage and impact analysis.
  • Onboard and configure Collibra Data Governance tool.
  • Integration of Governance Tool with Snowflake, Informatica MDM, Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, etc.
