We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Governance & Process Optimization Manager to join our Operations and Data Department (ODD), reporting directly to the Head of ODD and Chief Data Officer (CDO). This role is critical to driving the Bank's data governance and quality initiatives while leading process reengineering and automation efforts. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote a data-driven culture, and design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
