About the Role
The Data Governance Manager establishes and enforces the organization's data governance and data quality framework. You will lead a team of a data governance officer and data quality officers who will develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and usability of data. This role requires working cross-functionally to promote a data-driven culture, manage data quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Data Governance Strategy & Framework: Develop, maintain, and continually evolve the enterprise Data Governance Framework, policies, standards, and procedures across the data lifecycle.
Governance Structure & Reporting: Establish, operate, and lead the Data Governance Council and Steering Committees, including managing meeting agendas, driving key decisions, and tracking action items.
