Data Insights & Requirements Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can act as a strong bridge between customers and analytics engineering teams. This role focuses on owning requirements, creating clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and independently delivering insight-led analysis using SQL and Excel. The ideal candidate is framework-driven, impact-oriented, and comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Translate business problems into clear, structured BRDs for analytics engineers.

- Define KPIs, metrics, assumptions, edge cases, and dependencies.

- Perform independent analysis using SQL and Excel to answer business questions.
