Data Integration Developer (Level 1)

Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 1) with 1-3 yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and reports using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role is ideal for developers looking to grow their skills in enterprise data solutions while contributing to critical client projects.

This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.

Core Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience with SQL Server (T-SQL fundamentals)
• Basic understanding of SSIS/SSRS concepts
• Familiarity with relational database principles

Key Responsibilities

1. Development Support

• Assist in building basic SSIS packages for data extraction and transformation
• Help develop simple SSRS reports with guidance from senior developers
• Write and modify basic SQL queries and scripts
• Perform data validation and testing of developed solutions

2. Team Participation

• Work closely with Level 2/3 developers to implement solutions
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices
• Maintain documentation of work in Confluence/Jira
• Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups

3. Learning & Growth

• Develop understanding of client's data architecture
• Learn to troubleshoot basic ETL process issues
• Gain exposure to Agile development methodologies
