What you will do

Platform Setup and Configuration:

  • Install and configure the application platforms to ensure they are optimized for performance and security.

  • Set up data connections and integrations between different platforms.

    • Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Regularly monitor system performance and health.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups.

    • Data Integration and ETL Processes:

  • Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow between systems.

  • Implement data transformation rules and data quality checks.

    • User Management and Support:

  • Manage user roles and permissions to ensure secure access to data.

  • Provide support and training to users on how to use the platforms effectively.


    • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Work with vendors and support teams to address complex problems.

    Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Generate reports on system performance, data quality, and usage metrics

  • Knowledge of ETL and data replication technologies (, SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), SLT and Syniti)
  • Experience in Data Governance, Data Standards, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies

  • Database handling languages (SQL and variants)

  • Data modeling (physical and logical), ER diagrams, data dictionary, data map

  • Data manipulation tools such as: SSMS, SSIS, TOAD, Access, Excel, Info Steward, Data Services, Data Virtualization

  • Practical skill sets in BI and Data visualization tools

  • Knowledge of other programming languages and ability to write code ( VBA, python, XML)

  • Knowledge of User Centered Design (UX)

    • Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Knowledge of ETL and data replication technologies (, SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), SLT and Syniti)

  • Experience in Data Governance, Data Standards, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies
