Description
: Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models with its corresponding metadata. Perform data mapping based on data source schemas and reverse engineering of existing transformations from multiple source database systems on cloud data platform to meet the corporate standards. Conduct data analysis and capture data requirements. Work closely with all the squad and product owners to implement data strategies. Validate logical data models with business subject matter experts. Work with the development team to ensure all requirements are captured and reflected in the data model. Work with the DBA team to design physical models to satisfy optimal performance. Active participation in metadata definition and management. Skillsets :
Experience in evaluating the data models of existing data recording systems Experience in creating logical data model and data flows Understanding of data modeling best practices Sound Data modeling techniques using any of the data modeling tool such as Erwin, ER/Studio Should have experience in data modeling for Data Warehouse/Data Platform Experience in data modeling for Commercial Insurance systems primarily Lloyd’s and London Market Commercial insurance experience primarily focused on Lloyd’s and London Market
