Job Description

Join our R&D team to build the mathematical heart of eRoots. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance algorithms for power flow, optimal power flow (OPF), and time-domain simulations.

What You'll Do
  • Develop state-of-the-art solvers for large-scale sparse systems of equations.
  • Implement optimization techniques for grid expansion and market simulation.
  • Optimize computational speed and memory usage for our cloud-based engine.
  • Research and implement new numerical methods for power system stability.
Requirements
  • PhD in Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong background in numerical analysis and optimization.
  • Experience in Python or C++ for scientific computing.
  • Passion for solving the energy transition's technical bottlenecks.
