A position for a Data Integration Service Manager has just arised within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, Spain. The successful candidate will join TDDT - Data Integration. As a Data Integration Service Manager you will take responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of Data Integration Platforms operation in all areas of the company, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements, focusing on quality, time, and cost, thanks to the monitoring of the service delivery metrics such as resolution time, incident frequency, and service uptime. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT service following all the best practices recommended by ITILv4 framework.
