Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Data Integration Specialist designs, builds, and supports modern integrations across SUNY's enterprise systems, including Ellucian Banner, Brightspace, identity and access management, reporting solutions, and document management. The role covers application integrations (REST APIs, Ethos/Data Connect), data pipelines (e.g., Constituo), and operational scheduling (Ad Astra), along with administration and break/fix support for core systems such as Banner, Banner Document Management, and Argos. This position ensures secure, reliable, and well-documented data exchange, adheres to change management best practices, and supports end users with training and troubleshooting.
