Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talend Lead to own the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data integration solutions. You will lead a team of Talend developers, ensure high-quality data pipelines, and work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Talend data integration solutions
Define and enforce data integration standards, architecture, and best practices
Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, prioritization, and release management
Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
Ensure robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and production support
Implement data quality, validation, governance, and security controls
