Job Description
We run an emergency notification platform that relies on phone contact data and GIS street data to onboard cities and counties.
Our current data-loading process works but it's slow, manual, and hard to repeat, especially when onboarding new clients, updating GIS or street data after launch, re-running loads due to data changes.
We're looking for a contractor to quickly design and implement improvements that reduce onboarding time, make GIS/street updates easier, create a repeatable, documented process. It's a bonus for us if the solution uses practical, AI-assisted techniques with 100% accuracy.
What You'll Do:
1. Review our existing data loading workflow (phone + GIS)
2. Identify major time and process inefficiencies
3. Implement short-term improvements that save real hours
4. Improve repeatability for future loads and updates
5. Document the new or improved process clearly
