The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to independently perform administration and engineering of various Data Loss Prevention products, compliance with security requirements as well as participate in incident investigation and resolution, projects, functionality and rule testing, upgrades and enhancements for DLP technical infrastructures.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide triage, resolution and technical support to Experian internal clients
Resolve incidents based on mutually agreed SLA, severity and priority
Meet or exceed GSO SLA requirements of internal stakeholders
Quickly reply to queries regarding issues
Able to test and replicate issue and trace cause of the problem
Isolate issues and server specific problems
Support, patch and upgrades including external dependencies.
Participate in team meetings
Participate in client/internal audit meetings
Maintain Issue and Incident Knowledgebase
