Role - TL - Minimum 7+yrs of exp in DMA with 2 yrs of exp as TL on paper

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the DMA team to ensure timely and accurate data processing

Validate, classify, and maintain sensitive financial documents

Document indexing and verifying of Capital calls, Distribution notices and other correspondence

Oversee research activities for missing documentation and ensure data completeness

Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information and materials

Handle client queries independently and ensure high client satisfaction

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and resolve operational issues

Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with processes

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow
