Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be working on multiple projects, undertaking following responsibilities:
- Develop and refine Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and systems to align with objective of projects in northeastern states.
- Design data collection methodologies, tools, and data management systems to capture project activities and results.
- Integrate MEL into the entire project lifecycle, from design to evaluation and learning.
