We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

• Responsible for delivering the hiring OKRs for all functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Customer Care and Community, Tech) through strategy and work plans.
• Recruit for executive level positions.
• Grow and develop team members and manage the performance evolution and increase their impact.
• Take the business recruitment team to the next level by implementing best practices, innovating, automating and improving processes.
• Review recruitment solutions to deal with peaks.
• Train the team on best in class recruitment practices.
• Ensure the delivery of quality hires and a 7 star experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Lead, design and deliver on People Team projects as required.
• Experience working to a range of performance metrics.
• Experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruitment team.
• Experience developing recruitment and sourcing hiring plans and building data-driven recruiting reports.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and selection criteria and strategies, with experience of online sourcing techniques.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
