Role Summary

We are seeking a team of diligent and highly organized Data Managers to oversee all aspects of ERP Management and task completion. These roles involve managing orders and POs, coordinating stock reorders, tracking customer special orders and repairs, and ensuring seamless communication between vendors, our back office, and the sales team. The ideal candidate would thrive on organizational skills, possesses strong follow-up skills, and excels at maintaining timely operational schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order (PO) Management: Generate, issue, and meticulously track all purchase orders for raw materials, finished jewellery, and supplies.

Customer Order Coordination: Manage and track all customer-specific orders, customisations, and repair requests from initial entry to final delivery.
