Mission

To ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of procurement-related data across systems and processes, enabling informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance within Colas Canada’s procurement administration services model.

Main Responsibilities

  • Master Data Governance
    • Maintain and govern procurement master data (e.g., suppliers, items, categories, contracts).
    • Ensure alignment with corporate data standards and taxonomy.
  • Data Quality Assurance
    • Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
    • Monitor data accuracy across ERP and procurement platforms.
  • Reporting & Analytics Support
    • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IOps, Legal teams to provide clean, structured data for dashboards and reports.
    • Support spend analysis, supplier performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
