Mission
To ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of procurement-related data across systems and processes, enabling informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance within Colas Canada’s procurement administration services model.
Main Responsibilities
- Master Data Governance
- Maintain and govern procurement master data (e.g., suppliers, items, categories, contracts).
- Ensure alignment with corporate data standards and taxonomy.
- Data Quality Assurance
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
- Monitor data accuracy across ERP and procurement platforms.
- Reporting & Analytics Support
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IOps, Legal teams to provide clean, structured data for dashboards and reports.
- Support spend analysis, supplier performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
