Data Management Technician

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Data Management Technician that creates and maintains accurate records of telecommunication fiber systems in a timely, cost-effective manner. Facility records are created and maintained using data management tools to represent the fiber system.


Job Duties

Create and maintain accurate graphical information of the fiber system via the current graphics software package.

Maintain accurate customer information for outage management analysis.

Prioritize daily tasks with limited guidance and direction, such as simple tickets, trouble calls, CSAs, premise fixes, audit requests, LCP audits, job postings, and closings.

Assist field techs with fiber trouble calls in a timely manner while correcting errors in the fiber records systems.
