With a major Microsoft Dynamics implementation underway, the focus is on bringing clarity, structure, and trust to data — ensuring it is clean, compliant, and actively used to support decision-making.

The role blends data governance, CRM ownership, reporting, and stakeholder engagement , and will suit someone who enjoys operating at the centre of the business rather than in a purely technical silo.
