Data Migration Consultant

Overview

This is a newly created role for an experienced Data Migration Consultant with an established technology consultancy working within regulated, asset-intensive industries.

This role focuses on complex data migration and transformation programmes supporting engineering, construction, energy and infrastructure environments. It combines hands-on technical delivery with client-facing consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead data discovery sessions to define migration scope, approach and risks
• Analyse customer data and identify quality, structural and compliance issues
• Facilitate detailed data mapping aligned to target EIM platforms
• Design and deliver accurate, auditable ETL processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
• Produce validation and reconciliation reporting
