Role Overview
We’re looking for a meticulous and process-driven Data Migration Intern to support our client onboarding team. This role is key to ensuring that learner, course, and usage data from legacy systems or spreadsheets is accurately mapped and imported into Learn Rush.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning, transforming, and migrating data from source formats (CSV, Excel, LMS exports, SCORM) into Learn Rush.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Tech teams to ensure data quality and structure.
- Work with templates and scripts to validate, format, and map fields.
- Troubleshoot inconsistencies or mismatches in data.
- Support documentation and maintain logs of migration activities.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of CSV file formats.
- Basic understanding of databases or data structures.
- Sharp attention to detail — you love spotting patterns and fixing errors.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked on school/university projects involving data cleaning or analysis.
- Have exposure to LMS platforms or edtech tools.
- Are comfortable working remotely and collaborating via tools like Slack, Zoom, etc.
