Data Migration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing Essbase (ASO/BSO) cubes, rules, and calculations

Design and support migration of Essbase workloads to Databricks

Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks (PySpark/SQL)

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Troubleshoot issues related to data, calculations, and performance

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Essbase

Strong working knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, and SQL

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)

Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing

Good communication and stakeholder interaction skil
