Data Migration Specialist

Requirements

Must have:

- Deep technical expertise in school data systems - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders - Experience with data export, transformation, and migration - Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems - Strong troubleshooting skills for integration issues - Proficiency in building complex SQL queries - Knowledge of data governance procedures - Excellent communication skills for technical guidance and training

Responsibilities:

- Lead the export, transformation, and migration of data from legacy systems to a new platform - Coordinate staged data migration activities including pilot testing with subset data before full migration - Support the integration of the new cloud-based HR system with school data systems - Troubleshoot integration issues and work with vendors to resolve technical problems - Build complex SQL queries - Develop and document data governan...
