Data Migration Technical Lead

Responsibilities

6-8 years of experience working as a data migration technical lead with hands-on experience in complex and challenging migration projects Coordinate with the client to determine their data needs, including the types of data that need to be migrated, build data models from scratch and prepare data mappings. Cleanse data as necessary to remove the potential issues with data migration. Get sign-off and perform data loads. Follow best practice standards and protocols for migration of data. Evaluate different source systems to determine how to best move data from one system to another system (for example: Salesforce). Should have experience working with large volumes of data and methodology to process it concurrently. Perform data validation pre and post migration, come up with Data Reconciliation reports.
