Job Description
We are consolidating operational data and workflows from:
• PracticePanther (client records + invoices, ~400–500 clients)
• Lawmatics (CRM + automation workflows)
• Asana (tasks and project tracking)
Into
This is a structured migration and controlled system rebuild. We need someone who can design the architecture, migrate data cleanly, recreate automation functionally, and configure integrations without over-engineering the solution.
This is not a digital transformation project.
We are not rebuilding the business from scratch.
We are not looking for a long consulting engagement.
