Overview

We are currently supporting a global end client of ours in their search for an IT Data Engineering Expert .

You will be responsible for the design, documentation, and maintenance in the risk canonical schemas and data relationships, supporting the Dev Lead and ensuring a scalable, traceable and consistent model.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Must have 5–10 years in data modeling for commodities, trading, or financial systems.
  • Must have advanced data modeling (3NF/6NF, canonical modeling, lineage).
  • Strong SQL comprehension (read + interpret).
  • Strong conceptual and logical modeling capabilities.
  • Design and maintain the canonical data schema for trades, positions, P&L, prices, valuation, and their entity relationships.
