Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.



  • You will respond to incoming service requests from external customers and internal teams via telephone and email.

  • You will replicate customer scenarios using routers, switches, and other network equipment.

  • You will communicate with other teams regarding bugs and follow-ups to ensure fixes are received, tested, and conveyed to the customer.

  • You will maintain accurate records of customer issues and product defects using CRM tools like Salesforce.
