We are looking for a Data Networks Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will provide technical support for Harrods Data Network across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security and SDA environments
About the Role
The Data Networks Analyst will ensure maximum service availability and performance through proactive monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement to service and processes. The role will also contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Harrods Infrastructure as well as working collaboratively within the data network team as a leader of technology. Sharing ideas and deliver new solutions and improvements both internally for the network team and for the business
About You
