Data Officer

About the Role

As a Data Officer , you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy. You will ensure that our property data is accurate, accessible and meaningful, helping us plan and deliver essential works and meet our long‑term strategic goals.

You will:

• Manage the end‑to‑end process for gathering and validating stock condition data, ensuring all properties are surveyed in line with our five‑year cycle.
• Lead on the collection, validation and analysis of asset, compliance and stock condition data to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Work closely with the Asset Data Manager and Project teams to prepare planned works programmes and ensure data is clean, complete and ready for budget planning.
• Maintain and update our Asset Performance Model, providing insights that support decisions on investment, performance and growth.
