Data Operation Analyst, Manager

Responsibilities
Oversees the strategy, design, and delivery of automated systems to streamline workflows and enable smarter, system-led decisions
Champions system intelligence projects to support operational leadership
Transforms complex data analyses into meaningful insights, delivering clear and actionable reports and presentations to stakeholders across management and the advisory force
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions
Create clear, actionable reports and presentations for various stakeholders
Use analytical techniques and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to automate reports and increase efficiency
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations and company policies
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of new systems and processes
Provide administrative support, prepare correspondence, and assist with drafting SOPs
