Data Operations Associate

Position Summary: The Associate will play a pivotal role in establishing Customer Data operations and Data Quality teams in India, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales divisions within athenahealth. This role is integral to the transition of Customer Data projects, requiring the ability to learn new processes, document workflows, and execute with exceptional accuracy. The associate is responsible for end-to-end management of the projects assigned. The associate will also be part of various data quality projects to enhance Salesforce data quality. The Associate should be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of CRM data operations, data research and mass data updates.
