The Data Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficiency of our modern data platform. Working at the intersection of data engineering, platform operations, and team enablement, this role owns the operational health of our Snowflake data warehouse, dbt transformation layer, and ELT pipelines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and optimising the operational health of Snowflake, dbt, and ELT pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability, and proactive issue management.
• Monitoring and managing Snowflake costs through credit consumption analysis, warehouse configuration, and budget forecasting with Finance.
