Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Data Operations Officer.

In this role you will ensure SLA performance of data platforms by providing L2 support, resolving incidents, and driving operational optimizations and deployment standards. Depending on level, you may oversee service-level governance, independently manage monitoring and automation initiatives, perform routine support and escalations, or assist with system validation and stakeholder communications.
