The Data Operations & Performance Expert is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and continuously improving the quality, performance, and reliability of operational data collected from Finished Vehicle partners and Overhaul's OEM customers, while acting as a key relationship owner for customers within an assigned region.

This role is highly analytical and customer-facing, requiring a professional with strong data interpretation skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate complex operational and performance data into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
